Job Description

If you are a Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for school-based practice, multiple contract opportunities are currently available for full-time coverage across preschool, elementary, and middle school sites. These positions are dedicated to providing seamless support during three leaves of absence, and there is a high likelihood for ongoing assignment through the end of the academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and current California SLP license
- Previous experience working in schools, with comfort across preschool, elementary, and middle school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload averaging around 55 students per site
Role Highlights:
- Serve students across varied age groups at one site per SLP (preschool, elementary, or middle school)
- Complete evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy
- Work alongside educators and support staff to promote student progress and participation
- Maintain all required documentation and ensure the highest standards of care
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive interdisciplinary team
Job Details:
- Full-time, 5 days a week contract roles
- Opportunity to extend assignments through the full school year, based on district needs
- Start dates as early as September; additional coverage needed ASAP
