Sitework / Mass Grading Project Manager - Charlotte

The Sitework / Mass Grading Project Manager will oversee and manage sitework and mass grading projects in the Charlotte metro area, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Based in Charlotte, this role focuses on coordinating resources, managing project timelines, and maintaining client satisfaction. Client Details Our client is seeking a Project Manager with significant sitework, grading, and utility construction experience to join their Charlotte office. This individual will play a hands-on leadership role, managing complex site development projects, mentoring field teams, and helping drive the growth of a fast-growing design-build contractor. Description Plan and manage sitework and mass grading projects from start to finish, ensuring all goals are met. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all project sites. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. Prepare and present project reports for stakeholders as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
