Position: Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (Per Diem)

Location: Skillman, New Jersey

About Us: Our organization, located in Skillman, NJ, offers a residential treatment program dedicated to adolescents dealing with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At our facility, we assist adolescents and their families on their journey to complete recovery. We equip each young person with the tools necessary to face life's challenges without the burden of an eating disorder. Our approach combines empathy, education, and family involvement, ensuring that we support families as integral partners in the recovery journey. We guide each adolescent in replacing harmful behaviors with healthy skills and a profound understanding of how to live authentically.

We are currently looking for a per diem (PRN) Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a part of our dedicated team.

Schedule: Per Diem; 12-hour shifts; 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM

Compensation:

  • LPN Pay Range: $24 - $31 per hour
  • RN Pay Range: $34 - $51 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and documenting vital signs as necessary.
  • Observing and reporting any unusual behaviors in clients.
  • Administering medications as prescribed.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Demonstrating normalized eating habits by finishing meals during work hours.

Qualifications:

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working with individuals overcoming eating disorders is a plus.
  • Must possess an active CPR/BLS certification prior to starting. (Training can be arranged if necessary).
