With an 80-year legacy of delivering exceptional medical care, we are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join our team in Vacaville, CA.

Position Overview

We are looking for an OB/GYN physician who is passionate about providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in an outpatient environment. Responsibilities will include:

• Performing outpatient surgical procedures such as operative hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, and LEEP.
• Providing labor and delivery care at both the Vacaville and Vallejo facilities.
• Managing high-risk obstetric patients in collaboration with midwives or Family Medicine physicians.
• Overseeing GYN inpatients and emergency room care while on shift.

Our Napa Solano region features a Family Medicine residency program, where residents gain experience in Labor & Delivery and outpatient care. Additionally, we host midwifery students at our Vacaville labor and delivery site.

Facility Highlights

Our Vacaville site serves as Solano County's Level 2 Trauma Center, fostering strong collaborative relationships with trauma surgery specialists. We have recently opened a Level 2 Nursery and maintain a supportive environment with a dedicated group of midwives who excel in obstetrical care.

Additionally, our robust Maternal Fetal Medicine service, along with Reproductive Endocrinology and Urogynecology services, provides invaluable support to our practice. We pride ourselves on a collegial atmosphere and strong partnerships with our leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Eligibility to obtain a California medical license or current licensure in California.

Compensation

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $368,639 to $380,040, with additional potential incentives of up to $66,610. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may also be available. Please note that some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay and require approval.
