UVA Community Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our established team at UVA Health Piedmont Family Medicine. This practice builds upon a long-standing legacy of care in the Fauquier community and continues to expand access to high-quality primary care throughout the region. The practice sits strategically between our Culpeper and Haymarket / Northern Virginia UVA Community Health locations, offering the best of small-town charm with convenient access to larger metropolitan resources. As part of UVA Health, youll benefit from the backing of a nationally recognized academic health system while working in a well-established, community-centered outpatient practice.

- Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM \n
- FTE:0 \n
- Patient Volume: 1925 patients per day \n
- Call: Approximately 1:12 rotation for clinic patients with Envera After Hours Triage \n
- Setting: Outpatient only \n
- EMR: EPIC \n
- Technology: DAX Copilot AI-assisted documentation \n
- Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) \n
- Onsite Services: Moderately complex lab and point-of-care testing \n
Qualifications:

- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school \n
- Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine \n
- Licensure: Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical license \n
- Commitment to team-based, high-quality, patient-centered care \n

The base compensation range for this role is $269,452 - $382,525 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.
\nIndividual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidates qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
