The Department of Radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, the academic flagship of Jefferson Health, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Abdominal Imaging Radiologist to join our nationally recognized academic radiology program.
\nJefferson Health is a leading academic health enterprise spanning multiple hospital systems across the Greater Philadelphia region and New Jersey. The selected candidate will hold a faculty appointment at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and contribute to a highly collaborative clinical, educational, and research environment.
\nClinical Practice
\nThe Abdominal Imaging Radiologist will provide clinical service across Jeffersons Center City and South Philadelphia campuses and affiliated outpatient imaging centers, supported by a robust and technologically advanced imaging infrastructure including:

- 15 MRI scanners \n
- 12 CT scanners \n
- Approximately 36 ultrasound units \n
- Additional imaging platforms across affiliated sites \n
Clinical responsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Interpretation of body MRI, CT, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and radiography \n
- Performance of image-guided procedures \n
- Advanced imaging applications including: \n
- Dual-energy CT \n
- Functional and multiparametric MRI \n
- Contrast-enhanced ultrasound \n
- Participation in quality, safety, and informatics initiatives \n
- \n
Academic & Educational Responsibilities
\nJefferson has a strong tradition of academic excellence and physician education. Responsibilities include:

- Daily clinical supervision and teaching of radiology residents and ACGME-accredited abdominal imaging and body MRI fellows \n
- Lecturing at resident, fellow, and medical student conferences \n
- Participation in and teaching at multidisciplinary conferences \n
- Opportunities for clinical research, innovation, and scholarly activity \n
Collaborative Environment
\nThe Abdominal Imaging Division works closely with multidisciplinary teams across:
