What We're Looking For:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school settings is highly desirable
- Ability to manage a full caseload and collaborate with both elementary and high school staff
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations and supporting inclusive education
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students from evaluation through discharge
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and standardized testing as required
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and family members to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely progress notes in accordance with school policies
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and professional development opportunities
