We are seeking dedicated clinicians to work onsite in a supportive, rewarding school environment near Detroit, MI. In this contract role, you’ll provide expert services to a caseload of 40–55 students within an ASD-focused setting. Three positions are available, presenting an exciting opportunity to collaborate with fellow professionals in fostering student communication success.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active SLP license, with completed Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in school-based speech therapy, especially in ASD settings, preferred
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Adept at creating individualized treatment plans and progress reports
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a diverse ASD caseload, promoting communication and language development
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive care and support
- Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with education and licensure standards
- Contribute expertise in team meetings and actively participate in ongoing professional development
