Dock Auditor

Our client, an industry leader in agricultural and seed processing, is seeking a Dock Auditor to join their team. As a Dock Auditor, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Inspect pallets for debris, pests, and proper stacking according to quality standards
• Ensure pallets are correctly wrapped, labeled, and match the Bill of Lading (BOL)
• Verify seed bag integrity, count accuracy, and proper pallet repair and maintenance
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing PPE and working in various environmental conditions
• Participate in team meetings and support housekeeping responsibilities

What's Needed?

• Ability to walk, climb stairs, stand, sit, and operate machinery for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
• Effective communication skills in English (reading and speaking)
• Reliability with transportation and consistent attendance
• Basic math skills; experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus
