Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Experience working with early childhood or preschool-aged students considered highly valuable
- SLPAs and VOCO (virtual-only) candidates are not eligible
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse learning needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to early childhood students
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students’ communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
