Licensure and Certification

Applicants must hold a current state license in Occupational Therapy.

BLS (CPR) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting this role.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of experience in occupational therapy is required.
  • Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certifications is preferred.
