ResponsibilitiesFull-Time Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients across all stages of life, while also managing operational matters during your shift. When patient volume requires, you will deliver clinical care as needed. It is essential to communicate patient care updates, departmental challenges, and staff issues to the relevant leadership. Additionally, you will act as a resource for staff, offering guidance and support.
Minimum Education Required:
Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum Experience Required:
At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is necessary.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law:
A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or a valid NLC/eNLC Multistate License is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also mandatory.
Additional Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with advanced certification in your area of specialty, if applicable. Demonstrated clinical competency is essential.
