School Psychologist – Pre-K

Location: Onsite
Assignment Dates: August 14, 2026 – June 4, 2027
Hours: 35 hours/week (with occasional additional hours as needed)

We're seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team supporting Pre-K students. This onsite role focuses on early intervention, behavioral support, and preschool evaluations to help young learners successfully transition into the school setting.

Position Details

  • Full-time, onsite only (no virtual services)
  • Primarily serves Pre-K students
  • Typical caseload of approximately 70 students
  • Conduct preschool evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary assessment team
  • Provide behavioral intervention services to support school readiness, social-emotional development, and positive classroom behavior
  • Implement evidence-based early intervention and transition supports
  • Consult with teachers, collaborate with families, and monitor student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations alongside professionals including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Autism Consultants, Teachers of the Visually Impaired, nurses, and other support staff

Qualifications

  • Active School Psychologist certification/licensure required
  • Experience working with preschool or early childhood populations preferred
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
