Shape the educational experience for students by providing expert speech-language therapy in a supportive, school-based setting. We're seeking two dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality services onsite for the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to help students overcome communication challenges and excel both academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Eligibility for state licensure in School Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, with an understanding of IEP development and implementation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-focused environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for a caseload of approximately 55 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and social-emotional growth
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer support and resources to teachers and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

This full-time contract role offers 35 hours a week onsite, so you’ll be immersed in the vibrant school community and witness students’ accomplishments firsthand throughout the academic year.
