Job Summary

The Associate Veterinarian is an invaluable member of thehospital team who works directly with a Managing Doctor and supporting medicalstaff. This individual advances the quality of medicine in the practice andprovides exceptional client service to our clients and patients.

Skills and Basic Qualifications

\n

  • Candidate must be a graduate of an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program
    • \n
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Oregon.
    • \n
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
    • \n
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • \n
  • Works collaboratively with hospital team members.
    • \n
  • Makes decisions confidently and effectively.
    • \n
  • Manages time and tasks appropriately.

  • Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients.
