Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Ability to develop, implement, and oversee behavioral plans for elementary and middle school students

What You'll Do:

• Assess students' behavioral needs and design individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services within elementary and middle school environments
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student progress and ensure fidelity of intervention
• Conduct regular data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and guide adjustments
• Facilitate training for school staff on best practices in behavioral support
