Instructional Aide - Berkeley, CA

Your Responsibilities:

• Support classroom management and help implement lesson plans as directed by teachers
• Assist with the modification of materials and activities to suit student learning styles and needs
• Help monitor student progress, behavior, and participation, documenting observations for faculty review
• Encourage student engagement and foster an inclusive, respectful classroom climate
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities
