Positions are based at well-established schools with clear assignment dates, ensuring a structured, supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Connecticut School Psychologist license (required)
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based psychological assessment, counseling, and intervention
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to support student learning and well-being
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct counseling services for students, individually and in groups
  • Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and develop targeted intervention strategies
  • Maintain ongoing records of assessment results, progress monitoring, and service provision
  • Participate in crisis response, behavioral intervention planning, and school-wide initiatives
