The assignment runs from late August 2026 through mid-June 2027, working 35 hours per week. The Counselor will serve as an essential resource, providing responsive and rehabilitative services to children and their families. You’ll work closely with educational teams at four elementary campuses, helping deliver consistent guidance and fostering student well-being.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Master’s degree in School Counseling, School Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in school counseling or as a mental health clinician within a school setting
  • Eligibility for, or possession of, New Hampshire certification for: School Counselor (NH 0040), School Psychologist (NH 0046), Associate School Psychologist (NH 0047), or School Social Worker (NH 0049)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with staff, families, and students

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized and group counseling to support social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Collaborating with school-based educational teams to deliver comprehensive interventions
  • Engaging families and caregivers to address barriers to student success
  • Traveling between elementary campuses as scheduled, ensuring continuity of care and support
