Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification for Special Education
- Experience or enthusiasm for working in ABA and FLEX classrooms
- Familiarity with supporting students in grades 3, 4, and 5
- Collaborative, compassionate approach to diverse student needs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and modify individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver specialized, differentiated instruction in ABA and FLEX classrooms
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with educational staff and related service providers
- Monitor and document student progress
