Staff Pharmacist -Southgate, KY Up to 65/hr

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking experienced Staff Pharmacists for a 13-week temp-to-hire opportunity in Southgate, Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing pharmacy team with the potential for permanent employment.

Available Shifts (Monday–Friday):

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care by accurately processing and dispensing prescription medications.
Counsel patients on medications, treatment plans, and healthcare needs.
Verify prescription orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
Communicate with physicians to clarify prescriptions and resolve medication-related questions.
Maintain controlled substance records, required documentation, and patient confidentiality.
Utilize pharmacy references and clinical resources to support safe medication practices.

Requirements
Active and clear Kentucky Pharmacist license.
Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience.
Retail or mail-order pharmacy experience is preferred.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care.
