Our organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care team in Montoursville, PA.

Work Details:
- Work Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Day shifts, Monday through Friday
- Visa Sponsorship: H1B Visas accepted

Compensation Package:
- Base salary with potential for additional productivity incentives
- $150,000 signing bonus plus a $100,000 retention bonus over five years, totaling $250,000

We are currently looking for a Family Medicine Physician to become part of our team at the Primary Care facility in Montoursville.

Clinical Responsibilities:
- 36 hours of direct patient care from Monday to Friday, with an additional 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks each week
- Light on-call duties from home, with no inpatient responsibilities

Available Resources:
- Seamless referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and our extensive network of specialists

Support Structure:
- A dedicated team of administrative professionals will manage practice operations

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or board-eligible for recent residency graduates
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA Certification
