- Conduct patient evaluations and create tailored therapy treatment plans.
- Oversee therapists, assistants, and technicians.
- Deliver skilled therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
- Facilitate staff development and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate team responsibilities, documentation, training, and schedules to meet business objectives.
- Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Current state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP is required.
- BLS (CPR) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting this role.
- A minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience is necessary.
- Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of a specialty professional certification is preferred.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred.
