What You'll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and create tailored therapy treatment plans.
• Oversee therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Deliver skilled therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Facilitate staff development and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate team responsibilities, documentation, training, and schedules to meet business objectives.
• Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP is required.
• BLS (CPR) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting this role.
• A minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience is necessary.
• Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of a specialty professional certification is preferred.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
