About Us

We are a physician-led organization that upholds strong values, emphasizing a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to healthcare. Our aim is to equip our physicians with the necessary resources and support systems, allowing them to concentrate on delivering exceptional medical care and fostering connections with colleagues.

Location Overview

Situated in Downey, a city rich in culture, history, and community, we are positioned as one of the gateway cities between Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Residents appreciate Downey's tranquil, family-oriented atmosphere while enjoying easy access to various attractions and social activities in both counties.

Leadership and Innovation

Our leadership prioritizes accessibility and maintains a flat organizational structure, fostering trust between physicians and support staff. We place a strong emphasis on innovation; for instance, Downey was the first medical center in the area to conduct same-day total joint surgeries. Our focus on efficiency enhances workflows throughout the medical center and its ancillary offices. With a high level of tertiary care, one of the largest NICUs in the region, and a dedicated OB and anesthesia team comprised entirely of physicians, we provide outstanding service to a diverse and high-risk patient population.

Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to considering qualified applicants with arrest and/or conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. All qualified candidates will be evaluated for employment without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or disability.
