Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-year fellowship in Women's Neurology set to commence in July 2026. This program offers focused training at the intersection of neurological conditions and women's health throughout various stages of life. Candidates may pursue this fellowship immediately following their neurology residency or at any point before or after completing fellowship training in a neurological subspecialty.
Our fellows will have the privilege of learning from leading experts in women's neurology, including:
- Dr. Eliza Miller - Chief of the Women's Neurology Division (Vascular Neurology)
- Dr. Page Pennell - Chair of Neurology (Epilepsy)
- Dr. Angela O'Neal - A prominent figure in Women's Neurology education and clinical practice, serving as Fellowship Director and Director of Women's Neurology Education.
Fellows will collaborate with various subspecialists dedicated to women's neurological health within an integrated, multidisciplinary environment at Magee-Womens Hospital, which sees over 10,000 deliveries each year. Elective time will be customized to align with the fellow's clinical and research aspirations. We are committed to supporting career development, offering up to 50% protected time for research to qualified candidates interested in pursuing a clinical research pathway.
