Work Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday

Compensation Package:
- Base salary with potential for additional incentives, including a quality-based Value Incentive Plan and panel incentives.

About the Practice:

This is a single-site outpatient practice located within the UPMC Hermitage Outpatient Center, alongside several other primary care facilities.

Clinical Responsibilities:
  • 36 hours of direct patient care from Monday to Friday, with an additional 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks each week.
  • Light on-call duties from home, with no inpatient responsibilities.
Available Resources:

Effortless referrals to social work, behavioral health, nutritionists, and a network of specialists within UPMC.

Support Structure:

A dedicated team of administrative professionals will manage practice operations, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Medical Degree (MD/DO)
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program
  • Board-certified in Internal Medicine or board-eligible for recent graduates
  • Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
  • DEA Certification
