Key Responsibilities:
You will coordinate the delivery of high-quality nursing care for patients throughout their life stages, while also managing operational matters during your shift. You will provide clinical care as needed based on patient census and communicate patient care updates, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leaders. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for guidance and support to your team.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Minimum Experience Required:
At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is required.

Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law:
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification is mandatory.

Additional Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with advanced certification in a relevant specialty, if applicable. Demonstrated clinical competency is essential.
