Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Board Certified/Board Eligible Director of Quality for Obstetrics and Gynecology. This role is crucial as we enhance our Women's Health services throughout our health system.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute a strategic quality plan that aligns with the overall quality objectives of the organization.
- Oversee and monitor quality initiatives, utilizing data analytics and performance metrics.
- Facilitate training and implement performance improvement methodologies.
- Establish processes for prioritizing quality initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical quality and safety standards.
- Address quality across various dimensions, including efficiency, effectiveness, equity, timeliness, safety, and patient- and family-centered care.
- Lead system-wide committees focused on quality oversight.
- Proven track record as a collaborative and effective leader.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to healthcare quality initiatives.
- Demonstrated passion for improving healthcare quality.
