Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction projects. This individual will manage healthcare projects from preconstruction through occupancy, ensuring compliance with all HCAI requirements while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in acute care hospitals, medical office buildings, surgical centers, and healthcare renovations within active medical environments. Description Our Senior Project Manager will be responsible for: Lead OSHPD/HCAI-regulated healthcare construction projects. Manage all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with hospital clients, healthcare administrators, architects, consultants, and HCAI personnel. Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and resource forecasts. Oversee subcontractor performance and construction execution. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permit documentation. Ensure compliance with HCAI requirements, California Building Code, and healthcare facility regulations. Facilitate inspections, certifications, and agency approvals. Monitor project financial performance and reporting. Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers. Profile The ideal Senior Superintendent will have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. 8+ years of healthcare construction experience. 5+ years managing OSHPD/HCAI projects. Experience with acute care, hospital expansion, renovation, or medical facility construction. Strong knowledge of IOR processes, healthcare inspections, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
