The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the general contracting industry, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Based in Denver, the role involves managing resources, budgets, and schedules to achieve successful outcomes. Client Details Michael Page is recruiting for a project manager role in the multifamily construction industry based in Denver Description Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Engineering degree from a 4 year university Experience managing construction projects within the general contracting industry Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in construction. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Job Offer Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year. Profit share and annual bonus of 25%. 401(k) matching program.
