A pharmacy professional is needed to oversee and advance pharmacy operations in Hollidaysburg, PA. This role starts immediately and offers a flexible schedule with variable day and afternoon shifts in a direct hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong collaboration with store operations to engage pharmacy associates and communicate departmental and company strategies.
• Verify the accuracy of all prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, ensuring compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Implement and manage clinical programs to boost script growth, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) when available.
• Partner with pharmacy leadership to maintain optimal inventory levels, track sales, and maximize profitability.
• Align department goals with seven key performance metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with healthcare-related inquiries and counseling.
• Supervise pharmacists, associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maintain pharmacy security and resolve customer issues to build loyalty and trust.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and utilize reference materials to address prescription-related concerns.
• Maintain a clean, orderly pharmacy environment and promote ongoing staff development to reduce turnover and control labor expenses.
• Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks promptly, including cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in Pennsylvania
• Valid Pennsylvania Immunization License
