Job Description

This onsite opportunity offers full-time hours in a collaborative, student-centered environment, starting in late September and concluding in mid-November. Key Qualifications:
- Active Professional Special Services License issued by the Colorado Department of Education (or in the application process if you’re a traveler to the area)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Strong interview and communication skills, including the ability to articulate your experience and professional approach clearly
- Previous experience with similar caseloads or student populations is preferred
- Energetic, personable, and able to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work independently onsite, as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and provide recommendations to support student learning and wellness
- Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to design and implement interventions for students with academic or behavioral needs
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality standards at all times
- Support a positive school climate by advocating for students and providing resources to staff
