Now Hiring: Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician – Irving, TX 75063
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Irving, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional community.
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
- Assist with basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances
- Complete minor carpentry, drywall, and painting projects
- Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparation
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Respond professionally to residents’ maintenance needs
- Follow all workplace safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of apartment maintenance and repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs
- Must have standard maintenance tools
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- HVAC certification is not required
