Job Overview

Our organization is on the lookout for two passionate and experienced Gynecology Physicians to enhance our expanding team. This full-time role features a well-structured schedule, providing extensive support and resources to ensure outstanding patient care. The chosen candidates will be required to take one week of call each month, serving both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional general gynecological care to patients.
• Conduct both surgical and non-surgical interventions for gynecological issues.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized treatment plans.
• Participate in hospital rounds and offer consultative services as necessary.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation in line with hospital regulations.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional growth.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving quality within the department.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology.
• Possession of a valid medical license in Ohio or the ability to secure one before starting.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to compassionate, patient-focused care.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

Schedule & Call Coverage

This full-time role includes a manageable patient workload, with one week of call each month, covering both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital.
