\n1st Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM - Monday-Friday with opportunity to work until 4:30pm\n

\nJob Responsibilities\n
\n
\nAssemble aerospace parts and components according to prints, diagrams, job travelers, and work instructions\n
\nUse hand tools and power tools safely and accurately\n
\nComplete secondary operations such as deburring, sanding, grinding, finishing, labeling, kitting, and packaging\n
\nInspect completed work for quality, fit, and accuracy\n
\nCommunicate clearly with coworkers, supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel\n
\nWork as part of a team to meet daily production and safety goals\n
\nKeep tools, materials, and the work area clean and organized\n
\n
\nThis is a fast-paced, climate-controlled aerospace manufacturing environment where precision, safety, teamwork, attendance, and attention to detail are taken seriously.\n

\nRequired Qualifications\n
\n
\nHigh school diploma or GED\n
\nComfortable reading basic prints and diagrams\n
\nExperience using hand and power tools\n
\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\n
\nDependable attendance and punctuality\n
\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation\n
\nWillingness to work mandatory overtime when scheduled\n
\nAbility to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check\n
