Your impactful journey will include:
- Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with the daily management of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with occupational therapy staff and hospital departments.
- Providing direct patient care and fostering meaningful relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
- Celebrating patient achievements throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
- CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting this role.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program is necessary.
- A minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical experience.
- Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certifications is preferred.
