This role leads Swiss machining process validation from prototype through full-scale production, collaborating closely with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to develop safe, scalable, repeatable, and cost-effective manufacturing processes. The position ensures compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards while supporting operational efficiency, product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Description The Swiss CNC Manufacturing Engineer will support Swiss machining operations by improving manufacturing processes, assisting with machine setup and programming activities, and driving operational efficiency across the shop floor. This role is ideal for an individual with strong Swiss machining expertise who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
