The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects in the property industry, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines. Client Details A company in the property industry located in Hartford. Description Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Oversee resource allocation and project schedules. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all project phases. Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between teams to maintain project alignment. Manage project budgets and provide financial oversight.
