School Psychologist - Naperville, IL

Key Qualifications:

• Valid PEL (Professional Educator License) with a School Psychologist endorsement required
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school environment preferred
• Comfortable working with a range of grade levels, from PreK through 8th grade
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required
• Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individualized recommendations for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and behavioral needs
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of IEPs, serving as a resource for best practices in educational interventions
• Support crisis intervention and serve as a key member of response teams as needed
• Facilitate group and individual counseling to foster student growth and well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations
