Our full-time Physical Therapists typically manage around 11 patient visits daily and conduct 7-8 evaluations each week. Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing patients' medical histories.
  • Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans with defined goals and outcomes.
  • Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent injuries.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Valid Physical Therapist License in Washington State.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $88,000 and $105,000 annually, plus a potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. Additional compensation opportunities are available for certifications.
