The Division of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at our organization, in collaboration with the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, is seeking a Full-Time Allergy and Immunology Physician. Candidates should have completed a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology and must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in this specialty, with the capability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.

Opportunity Overview

  • Become part of a team consisting of 11 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our established practice.
  • Clinical duties will encompass outpatient clinic responsibilities and shared inpatient consultations.
  • Serve a diverse patient population in western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas, addressing conditions such as asthma, allergies, eczema, and inborn errors of immunity through well-established subspecialty and multidisciplinary clinics.
  • Engage in multiple subspecialty areas, including our recognized Asthma Center and Severe Asthma Clinic, as well as a clinical and research center focused on patients with inborn errors of immunity at our Pittsburgh Immunogenetics Discovery Center.
  • Participate in research initiatives, supported by a dedicated research assistant for our division, and gain access to our Pediatric Clinical and Translational Research Center, one of the few NIH-funded centers in the nation dedicated to pediatric research.
  • Be part of a robust Food Allergy Center, which includes active clinical trials, a dedicated nurse coordinator for food allergies, and recognition as a FARE center of excellence.
  • Our Pediatric Allergy and Immunology Division offers a consult service and a dynamic ACGME-accredited combined fellowship program, along with a strong partnership with adult allergists at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
