Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications Coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Profile A successful Project Manager should have: 3-5 years of project management experience with a commercial contractor Background in interiors, renovations, tenant improvements, or commercial projects Strong communication and client-facing abilities Proven organizational and problem-solving skills Motivated to grow within a collaborative construction team Job Offer Salary ranging from USD 90.000 to 110.000 annually.
