Job Description
Lead the oversight of medium to large scale projects for well known companies & be apart of a team that focuses on quality, growth, and a family feel. Help grow & maintain relationships with other executives across the Nashville & surrounding areas. Client Details General Contractor with over 5 decades of experience within the Tennessee market and focuses on light industrial & commercial projects which range anywhere from 20,000 sqft - 1m sqft. 2025 is going to be a huge year hence is why they are trying to grow their oversight with a new Project Executive. Description Run/manage multiple projects from start to finish Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
