A retail pharmacy location in Burnham, PA seeks a full-time Pharmacy Manager to lead and grow the pharmacy department. This direct hire opportunity offers a varied schedule with 10- to 12-hour shifts, typically between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative relationship with store operations, motivating pharmacy staff and communicating company strategies effectively.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in prescription filling, conducting thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and quality assurance in line with state and federal regulations.
• Drive business growth by managing inventory, tracking sales, and promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Manage department performance based on key metrics, while delivering excellent customer service and healthcare counseling.
• Supervise and develop pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain pharmacy security, resolve customer concerns to build loyalty, and liaise with healthcare providers to address prescription-related issues.
• Oversee pharmacy organization, cleanliness, inventory cycle counts, and timely completion of daily tasks.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.

Schedule Highlights:
