What you need to be successful:
- Active Occupational Therapy license for Michigan
- Experience with K-12 student populations is highly preferred

- Previous school-based OT experience is a plus
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized plans for students
- Collaborating closely with educators, administrators, and families
- Delivering direct occupational therapy services in compliance with IEPs and school policies
- Tracking progress and updating documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines
- Providing training and support for teachers and caregivers to implement therapy strategies
- Participating in team meetings and contributing expertise across multidisciplinary teams
