Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a gynecologic-trained physician to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care. The role involves providing a range of Gynecology services, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive care, and health maintenance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in gynecological surgery within an outpatient environment.
  • Capability to perform basic surgical procedures, such as hysterectomies and fibroid removals.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and treating various obstetric and gynecological conditions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of patient care and safety through competent diagnosis and treatment.
  • Patient-centered mindset focused on delivering a positive patient experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Interest in Value-Based Care and Population Health Management.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Completion of accredited postgraduate medical training in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS).
  • Current, unrestricted New York State medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
  • BLS or ACLS certification required; both certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Annual salary range: $300,000.00 - $375,000.00.

The salary range provided for potential hires is based on various factors, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, education, internal equity, and market conditions. Please note that this estimate does not consider geographic variations related to your work location. Typically, new hires may not start at the top of this range, as compensation is tailored to individual circumstances. For union positions, salaries will be determined according to the collective bargaining agreement.
