Job Overview

• Work Environment: Inpatient
  

• Patient Load: Approximately 2 patients per hour, totaling 48,000 annually, with 40 ED beds available
  

• Required Procedures: Standard procedures typical in an ER setting
  

• Support & Supervision: Yes, a scribe will be assigned
  

• Electronic Medical Records: Epic
  

• Qualifications: Must hold an active Louisiana State Medical License, DEA & CSR, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in ABEM. Residency training in Emergency Medicine is required, along with certifications in ACLS, ATLS & PALS.
  

• Our organization can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will provide malpractice coverage.
