The Opportunity
\n We’re looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our established,family-led small animal and exotic practice in beautiful Reno, NV. Whetheryou’re experienced with exotics or just eager to learn, this is an ideal rolefor someone who values connection, consistency, and clinical variety — withoutcompromising work-life balance.

What You’ll Get

- Base salary of $100,000–$110,000 \n
- 21% production bonus, paid quarterly \n
- 4-day workweek — no weekends ever \n
- 4 weeks total paid time off (3 weeks PTO + 1 week for CE) \n
