Position Details
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Shoreview, MN Area
Start Date: August 31
Schedule: Full-Time, School-Based
Student Population: Grades 7-12
Work Location: Single school site
Caseload Information
Approximately 33 students
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with educational requirements
- Support student success through evidence-based intervention strategies
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and appropriate state credentials
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for supporting middle and high school students
