Qualifications:

• Licensed Intervention Specialist preferred
• Experience working in K-8 settings is a plus
• Solid understanding of the IEP process and Specially Designed Instruction (SDI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload while prioritizing the needs of diverse learners

Responsibilities:

• Develop and write individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide Specially Designed Instruction (SDI) in alignment with IEP goals
• Track student progress and regularly report outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
